Shipping & Handling: Please allow one week for delivery upon ordering a hand bag seen available on the website.  Bags are always mailed via U.S. Post and insured for full value of the bag.  

Availability: If a bag is out of stock it will state so on the website. You can still order your original "Tuff Betty" bag, please give 6-8 weeks, or even longer for delivery of your bag if it is really ornate.  The style of your bag - beading and embroidery, how many thousand of stitches I have to sew by hand - determines when you'll get your original.  I will send you an email shortly after your purchase stating your bags ETA to you.

Prices: I try to make sure all prices on my website are correct, however, errors may occur. After all, it's only me running the show. If I find an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, I will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. Prices displayed on the Tuff Betty Bags website are quoted in U.S. dollars. I accept payment via PayPal which accepts all forms of credit cards - or you can arrange to pay me via check or money order.  Upon your check clearing, the bag will be safely sent to your awaitin' hands.

Shipping & Handling: For security reasons, purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  I ship via United States Postal Service.  Orders are processed and mailed on Saturday unless I am on holiday or traveling (which you will then be notified).  But most bags ship within a week of being purchased.  

Wholesale: If you are a buyer & interested in wholesale orders, I am in the process of filling some orders...depends upon the style.  Please contact me with the purse name and quantity to: tuffbettybags@yahoo.com 

Repairs: Tuff Betty Bags offers repair service for Tuff Betty Bags products.  Please enclose or email a detailed repair request, your contact information, and original sales slip. I recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured mail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.

Exchanges/Refunds: I will be happy to exchange or refund any item with which you are not completely satisfied.  Shipping and insurance on returned items is non-refundable.
